Seridia is part of the dragon and Mines storyline
Seridia is not an ordinary resident waiting in town on the first morning. Her identity, temple, and relationship route are revealed through a main-story sequence connected to the Mines and dragon pacts.
The overview can tell you when to stop searching, but later locations and events carry major spoilers. Follow the active quest in your Journal if you want the game to reveal the details in order.
Reach the Mines encounter before using a town schedule
Progress through the relevant Mines objective until the encounter around floor 20 becomes available. After the associated story advances, Seridia's activity expands toward the Western Ruins and her temple.
A missing conversation before that point is a story gate, not a low relationship score. Check the Mines task, accessible ruins, letters, and quest state before troubleshooting gifts or time-of-day routes.
Protect dragon materials until progression needs are clear
Loved examples include Dragon Pact Tablet, Dragon-Forged Core, Fang, Horn and Powder, Hardened Essence, Monster Mash, and Perfect Mistril Ore. Many of these can overlap with forging, story, collection, or upgrade goals.
Keep the first copy until those uses are checked. A repeatable cooked choice such as Monster Mash can become safer than spending a scarce forge component, while a rare material suits Winter 2 only when your progression stock is secure.

Story and relationship requirements progress together
Conversation and gifts build the relationship after access is established, but later events can still require a story milestone, letter, or temple location. The Your Heart Desires letter near the later route is a prompt to check the temple, not permission to skip earlier conditions.
Seridia is a version 1.0 marriage candidate. Use the current Journal for dating and marriage state, because pre-release character lists may omit her or lack the completed event chain.
Diagnose the quest state before changing the save
Check the active Mines objective, ruins access, temple access, unread mail, relationship state, and exact version in that order. Mods affecting the Mines, dialogue, or relationship flags should be disabled for a clean reproduction.
Do not solve an absent story scene by giving away another Dragon-Forged item. Preserve a backup and complete the quest condition the game currently displays.
